UNIVERSAL TOOLS FOR ZYKLO-PALLOID®
Since this tool concept was introduced in 1956, the ZYKLO-PALLOID® method is still used successfully worldwide in bevel gear manufacturing. The ingenuity of this gear-cutting method is based on the fact that, due to the collaboration between the nested inside and outside cutter head, the core of the contact pattern is automatically located in the center of the flanks. In addition, by means of a freely selectable eccentricity for the outside cutter head, the contact pattern length can be easily and uncomplicated varied.
