Smart Tracing is a web-based software for analyzing the machine behavior of all types of CNC machines (from machining centers to production facilities) with the most common control systems, in which servo traces with relevant process and performance data are uploaded, managed, and evaluated. The software highlights control, regulation, and contour deviations, as well as other performance indicators, enabling conclusions to be drawn about cause-and-effect relationships for individual machines or entire production runs. High-frequency recorded signals can be analyzed, archived, compared, and checked for tolerance, allowing faults, vibrations, changes in rigidity, and process deviations in the manufacturing process to be identified.
