The goal is to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of products and systems throughout their intended lifecycle. Cybersecurity requirements are taken into account throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Handling of reported vulnerabilities
Incoming reports are evaluated and processed as part of a defined process. This process complies with the provisions set forth in the Cyber Resilience Act. Klingelnberg reserves the right to publish security-related information in the form of security advisories.

Security information regarding products, software versions, or digital services is published in the form of security advisories, as necessary.

Security Updates
For supported products, Klingelnberg provides security-related fixes and updates within the defined product lifecycle. Customers can obtain information about available updates through the usual service and support channels.
Product Life Cycle
For products with digital components, support and maintenance periods are defined on a product-by-product basis. During the respective support period, security-related information, fixes, and updates may be provided.
Information on product-specific support periods is available from the relevant sales and service organizations.
