Data Driven Quality Management (DDQM) is, for us, the future of production. It involves utilizing and connecting all relevant data related to production and making it usable for controlling, improving, and optimizing the final quality of workpieces. A holistic DDQM enables the proactive identification of problems and drastically shortens response times within production before the workpieces leave the facility. With DDQM, we develop all software components that provide information about cause-and-effect relationships.DDQM is a collection of software tools, some of which are integrated into the machines. Relevant process and quality information is transferred from the machine to a web solution, where it is made available via a browser application.
