RETROFITS FOR WORM GRINDING MACHINES

Klingelnberg offers professional retrofit solutions to prevent unpredictable machine shut-downs due to the failure of discontinued electronic components. The retrofit package includes a new control cabinet with Siemens Sinumerik 840D SL and PCU50, a new control panel with new operating software including Windows 7, replacement of sensors and safety switches, renewal of electric lines and terminal boxes, new servo motors and drive modules. Conversion and testing by experienced service technicians rounds out the package.
