25 – that's how many employees are celebrating their 25th or 40th anniversary of employment with our company this year. On January 29, 2016, they were honored with a small ceremony held at the Schützenhaus in Remscheid.

It's long been a tradition at Klingelnberg to acknowledge long-time employees at the beginning of the year. Thus the honorees enjoyed their well-earned tribute during a dinner in the company of the management. 12 employees celebrated their 25th service anniversary. 13 employees have been with the company for 40 years.  

During his speech, Chairman of the Board, Jan Klingelnberg, thanked the employees, underscoring his appreciation for their solidarity with the company: "Particularly in fast-paced times, such commitment to a company represents an important counterbalance," said Klingelnberg. "We proudly look back on a successful past, in which our employees play a central role. Our employees' loyalty coupled with their long-term commitment is the bedrock of our market leadership." 

During their many years of employment, each one of the honorees not only actively shaped the successful development of Klingelnberg, but also contributed significantly to the company's ability to look back on a success story that has lasted over 150 years. This year's honorees alone represent 820 combined years of professional experience and accumulated knowledge, of tremendous value for the company. For this, the Klingelnberg Board of Management extended an emphatic, heartfelt thank you to its employees.
