Machine manufacturer KLINGELNBERG to honor long-serving employees

On January 26, 2018, machine manufacturer Klingelnberg honored 25 employees for their many years of service with a banquet at the Haus Kleineichen restaurant in Hückeswagen. Jan Klingelnberg, CEO of the Klingelnberg Group, thanked the employees for their enduring loyalty to the company during a ceremony traditionally held to commemorate service anniversaries. This year’s honorees included 11 employees with 40 years of service and 14 with 25 years of service.

“Over the past years and decades, each one of you has helped Klingelnberg become a leading brand with international standing in the mechanical engineering industry. For this, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you,” Jan Klingelnberg stated.

Klingelnberg as an appealing employer
Of the 25 employees celebrating a work anniversary, 14 completed their training with the gear cutting specialist and have remained loyal to the company to this day. This is a testament to the fact that Klingelnberg is an appealing employer with bright prospects – and will remain so for years to come. At Klingelnberg, there is more to it than “just” hiring new employees – it’s about training and mentoring up-and-coming professionals within our own company. Thus, Klingelnberg continually strives to provide skilled workers and high-caliber employees with exciting opportunities to evolve while in the company.

Today, Hückeswagen’s largest top-level employer has a work force of 80 trainees and offers vocational training in a broad range of professional fields. More detailed information about training opportunities at Klingelnberg are available on the company website at www.klingelnberg.com/en/career/.

Klingelnberg systematically implements Industry 4.0 concept
The name Klingelnberg has always meant innovation, quality and precision in the industry. The latest developments of the Speed Viper cylindrical gear generation grinding machines, the TM 65 complete processing machine and the P 65 precision measuring center with its new machine design are all evidence of this. Cylindrical gear powerskiving on the C 30 bevel gear cutting machine and the digital SmartTooling identification method are just some of the many product highlights presented by Klingelnberg at numerous trade shows this past year. The mechanical engineering company’s countless innovations are an embodiment of flexibility and productivity, combined with the advantages of Industry 4.0.
