On CONTROL 2010 we will present you the latest developments in gear measuring technology from Klingelnberg. In addition to the P 40, for the first time ever, we are introducing the new Gear Measuring Center Klingelnberg P 150 W for special wind energy application.
 
Klingelnberg P Series gear measuring centers are used for a wide range of different tasks in industry. Alongside classic gear test parameters like profile, tooth trace, gear position and radial runout, other functional surfaces on workpieces are often measured in-process, in a single clamping fixture. It is also possible to determine additional parameters like diameters, lengths, concentricity, straightness or roughness characteristics 
 
The advantage for the user is that no extra test equipment is needed for shape and size or roughness measurements, with the added plus of shorter total measuring times.
 
The familiar advantages of a P machine – user-friendly operation, high measuring accuracy outside the measuring cell, great reliability and robustness – continue to mark the new applications.
