In total, 2,890 years at Klingelnberg. After three years of cancellations due to the pandemic, the machine manufacturer from Germany’s Oberbergischer Kreis district marked this impressive number with a ceremony befitting the occasion. All employees celebrating 25, 40, and even 50 years with the company in the past three years were invited. Many honorees accepted the invitation along with their partners. The employees’ supervisors were also on hand to extend their sincere congratulations.

“Now that large celebrations are once again possible, it was very important for us to come together for this special occasion,” CFO Christoph Küster noted. “We would like to personally say ‘thank you’ once again to all those celebrating their service anniversaries.” To mark the occasion, the Klingelnberg management invited long-serving employees to the Remscheid Schützenhaus on 08 September 2023. In his speech, Christoph Küster praised the honorees: “Despite the many challenges over the past three years, our company is in a good situation and is ideally positioned for the future. The basis for our success is closely linked, among other things, to the commitment and wealth of experience of our long-standing and loyal employees – many thanks for that.” The official ceremony was followed by a relaxed evening. A toast was given to the honorees over a meal consisting of several courses.
