On this theme, Klingelnberg enjoyed a successful turnout at this year's Control trade fair, which took place in Stuttgart from 06th to 09th May, 2014.
The stand this year was designed to accommodate five segments: "Gear measurement," "Shop-floor measurement," "Dimension, form, and position measurement," "Measured value analysis," and "Services." This gave our trade fair visitors the opportunity to gain "hands-on" experience with innovative measuring technology on measuring machines exhibited in the five corresponding areas and to define the measurement tasks themselves, with the help of our technical experts.
The participation of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Günther Gravel, Head of the Institute for Production Technology at the University of Applied Sciences (HAW) in Hamburg, also met with a positive response. On two days during the fair, our stand visitors were able to avail themselves of his technical expertise in the area of measured value analysis, resulting in some very stimulating discussions.
