The year long Cooperation between the Klingelnberg Group and Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH, will effectively end on December 31, 2012. This is due to the recent takeover by the Klingelnberg Group of the Höfler Maschinenbau GmbH Company, which would have resulted in conflicts of interest with certain product activities.
