DKSH and Klingelnberg’s cooperation in China dates back almost 20 years, when the Chinese market for gear manufacturing was on a much smaller scale. Today, China has one of the biggest gear manufacturing machinery installation bases worldwide.
Meeting the rising challenges of this mature market, DKSH and Klingelnberg have set up DKSH-Klingelnberg Service Ltd. under the leadership of James KJ Wang, General Manager. The joint service venture offers its customers comprehensive services covering all aspects of Klingelnberg machines and measuring centers, including on-the-spot after-sale services, machine-attendant and software training, production support, and multiple-year maintenance contracts. DKSH-Klingelnberg Service’s office and warehouse are situated in Shanghai, with five office staff and ten service engineers strategically located throughout China to ensure geographic proximity to customers and fast response times. Customers can benefit from the increased efficiency and save on time and cost.
