KLINGELNBERG will showcase its P 40 Precision Measuring Center at MAKTEK Eurasia 2026 in Istanbul. The exhibition is one of the most important international trade fairs for machine tools, metalworking, CAD/CAM software, and advanced manufacturing technologies in the Eurasian region. With the P 40 Precision Measuring Center, KLINGELNBERG presents a powerful solution for modern quality assurance in manufacturing. The fully automatic CNC-controlled measuring center helps companies increase process reliability, consistently maintain quality standards, and improve manufacturing efficiency. Designed for workpieces with diameters of up to 400 mm, the P 40 enables highly accurate inspection of cylindrical gears, cutter and shaving cutters, worms and worm gears, hobs, bevel gears, as well as general dimensional, form, and positional deviations on rotationally symmetric workpieces. In addition, the system is suitable for measuring camshafts, crankshafts, and rotors.

A key advantage of the P 40 is its versatility. Different measuring tasks, including coordinate, form, gear, and roughness measurements, can be performed in a single setup. This significantly reduces changeover times and increases efficiency throughout the measurement process.

Outstanding precision is ensured by a scanning 3D probe system with digital data acquisition in all coordinate directions. This is complemented by a highly accurate workpiece rotary table, enabling fast and reliable data collection. Thanks to integrated temperature compensation, the P 40 delivers reproducible measurement results even at ambient temperatures ranging from +15 °C to +35 °C, making it ideally suited for shop-floor environments.

Intuitive Operation and Fast Results
The intuitive software interface and graphical programming environment simplify machine operation and support rapid integration into existing production processes. The immediate availability of measurement results allows manufacturing deviations to be detected at an early stage and corrective actions to be implemented quickly.
