On 01 August 2026, a new training year began at KLINGELNBERG: A total of five trainees started their professional careers at the company and will be joining various departments in the future.

The young talents will complete apprenticeships as Industrial Mechanics, Cutting Machine Operators, and an Industrial Management Assistant. By joining the company, they are laying the foundation for their professional development while gaining comprehensive insights into the diverse tasks, processes, and technologies of an internationally operating company.

“We are delighted to welcome our new apprentices to Klingelnberg. Training young people is an important investment in the future, both for the apprentices themselves and for our company,” says Michael Schwarzer, Director of Human Resources at Klingelnberg. To mark the start of their apprenticeship, the new colleagues can look forward to a varied onboarding program. In addition to getting to know their teams and areas of responsibility, they will gain insight into the company culture, key operational processes, and the wide range of development opportunities available within the organization.
