Klingelnberg promotes young talent: Eleven young people started their training

On 01 August 2025, KLINGELNBERG GmbH welcomed eleven young individuals into its professional ranks. The globally operating mechanical engineering company is once again welcoming motivated young people starting their training in various technical and commercial professions. The new trainees include two industrial clerks, one IT specialist for application development, three industrial mechanics, two electronics technicians in industrial engineering, one cutting machine operator, one office management assistant, and one KIA student in the field of mechanical engineering.

Their professional career began with a warm welcome from the Human Resources department. Following an introduction and preliminary details about the training program, the participants embarked on an insightful tour of the factory. Afterwards, the trainees had the chance to mingle in a relaxed setting during a cookout.

A special highlight of the first week of training was a trip to Panarbora in Waldbröl. The accommodations provided a combination of nature experience and an overnight stay. The on-site activities ranged from group games and creative projects to joint hikes, including a 15-kilometer tour on the Waldmythenweg trail around Panarbora. The participants spent three days—from Monday to Wednesday—at the youth hostel. The program covered all the essential information for the new trainees. This included a presentation of the traditional welcome folder and trainee etiquette guide, as well as important information about the vocational school. The joint activities strengthened team spirit and helped everyone get to know each other better.

“We are delighted to welcome a new group of dedicated young people to our company this year. Training our own skilled personnel is essential to counteracting the shortage of workers and securing our company’s future. Our trainees can look forward to an exciting and hands-on experience. They will be part of the team right from the start and will be given responsibilities,” noted Training Manager Holger Stoffel.
