Machine manufacturer KLINGELNBERG honors 19 employees whose combined years of service added up to an impressive 675 years in 2024. These service anniversaries are a valuable testament to the loyalty and commitment that our employees show to the company. At a time when rapid change is the norm in the job market, KLINGELNBERG boasts a remarkable number of long-standing employees. Two colleagues celebrated their 50th service anniversary in 2024, ten employees their 40th and seven their 25th. These long-standing employees have made a substantial impact on the company’s success, demonstrating not only loyalty but also extensive knowledge and experience.
“We are incredibly proud and grateful to have such loyal employees in our team,” said Christoph Küster, CFO of the KLINGELNBERG Group. “Their dedication and commitment are a shining example for the entire workforce and have contributed significantly to the development and growth of our company. It is an honor for us to celebrate these milestones together.”
Long-standing ties: Two employees celebrate their 50th service anniversary
Christof Neustifter embarked on his professional career at Klingelnberg in 1974. Today, 50 years later, he looks back on an impressive career marked by continuous learning and a sense of personal security.
During his time at Klingelnberg, Neustifter worked in various departments, starting with training and then moving on to manufacturing measuring instruments. His responsibilities included developing sensors, inspecting components, and building subassemblies and final assemblies of precision measuring centers and their accessories. These activities required a high degree of precision and expertise, which he acquired over the years. “What really stood out for me was the camaraderie among colleagues and the consistently positive working atmosphere that made the 50 years at Klingelnberg so special,” said Neustifter.
A personal recommendation prompted Wolfgang Danielsen to start an apprenticeship at Klingelnberg in 1974. After his three-year training period, he worked mainly in the hardening shop and most recently in maintenance. “In the hardening shop, technology never stopped evolving. Over the years, renovation work and new acquisitions happened on a regular basis to meet the increasing demands,” explained Danielsen.
A ceremony marking the service anniversaries will be held at a later date in a festive setting, where the employees will be honored for their many years of loyalty and commitment.
