Increasing the availability and reliability of machines
The Machine Status Analyzer monitors the condition of OERLIKON Bevel Gear Grinding Machines by running an NC program developed by Klingelnberg at regular intervals. In doing so, the machine records and visualizes the signal data. By visualizing current signals and comparing the data with past reference runs, the operator gains insights into the machine condition, possible occurrences of faults and the status of individual components. As a result, service and repair processes can be made more efficient and machine availability increased.
