Published annually, "GEARS inline" magazine is available in both English and German. That's why an international title was chosen for the magazine. The name "GEARS inline" refers to gears in alignment, that is, "gears here mesh perfectly."

The magazine concept is based on specialist articles written by Klingelnberg engineers and customers detailing their experiences. In the first issue, for example, the reader is shown how grinding processes can be made even more productive while still providing optimum, reproducible quality, and how modern measuring machines can be set up directly on the production line and therefore be integrated directly into lean production concepts without having a negative impact on the accuracy of the measurements.
